Limits

Each tier comes with its own limits. We try to be generous in sender allowance. We do not support mass mailings for marketing purposes though. That's why sending is capped.

You can receive an unlimited amount of emails via our backup MX as long as your primary MX is online. If our backup MX has to buffer your emails, there are limits based on your tier.

If your primary server is unreachable for more than 7 days, we discard all buffered emails and inform the original senders about this. If your queue reaches its buffer limit, we do not accept any more emails.
